Lucy founded Wingwoman Weddings in February 2023 after deciding to double down and bet on herself. With over 15+ years of hospitality and event experience, Lucy brings a high level of service standards and professionalism to the event day. As the primary coordinator, Lucy works closely with all her clients to ensure the foundation has been laid for a successful day. She has a keen sense for details and a deeply rooted passion for parties which shines in her dedicated focus to her clients and their important days.

Sarah is the right hand of the operation that makes your wedding days flow so smoothly. She is dedicated, excited, up for the task, and able to connect with you and your guests on a truly impressive level. Whether she's overseeing set up or managing the timeline, she is on it. Sarah has over 10+ years of experience in the service and hospitality industry where she has learned efficiency, aesthetic, organization, and execution.
